skittles championship 2011
Welcome to the 8th Blackthorn British Skittles Championship homepage!"A fantastic weekend! I don’t know how it happened, but the 92 last leg just came out of the blue! We’re really happy to have won and proud to be the first team from Bristol to have done it." Michael Sposito, Men's Champions – Nibs "When we played our semi-final, we were 29 pins down in the last leg and came clawed it back to win by one pin on the last throw of the last player. At the point, we just knew it was our title! As always, it’s been a tremendous day and this year it was topped with the result!" Maxine Steer – Ladies Champions – Sinners "What a cracking weekend to become Blackthorn Champions & to win it in Torbay.
